All music, vocals, lyrics, and audio content produced by THE ARIA PROJECT is created using artificial intelligence technologies. The characters ARIA, NEXUS, ECHO, and PULSE are fictional AI-generated personas. While the creative direction, production decisions, and artistic vision are guided by human operators, the vocal performances and musical output are AI-generated.

By using this Website and consuming our content, you acknowledge and accept the AI-generated nature of our work.

The name "THE ARIA PROJECT," the character names "ARIA," "NEXUS," "ECHO," and "PULSE," and all associated logos and visual identities are proprietary marks of THE ARIA PROJECT. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Music & Audio Rights

All musical compositions, sound recordings, and audio content are owned by THE ARIA PROJECT. The distribution of our music on third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) is governed by separate licensing agreements with those platforms and does not transfer any ownership rights to users.

6. Limited License & Permitted Use
